This week I'm joined by Nate Blackledge of Triple B Barbecue. Nate and I were at a competition in New Hampshire and said let's sit down and do a show. We had a great conversation. Mother nature wanted in on the fun hence 2 parts.

This week David Ellis of Machete Boys BBQ joins me at the pit. We talk about his beginning in bbq, living around the country before setting roots in Minnesota. Up's downs and everything in between. 

This week I'm joined by Eric Raadmae aka Gator of Gator Pit BBQ NH. Eric started out in the backyard and has built a thriving food trailer and catering company. We talk about his journey then dive deep in the swampy water and talk cooking gators.
